Shipping Policy

At Promocolour, we aim to get your custom products to you quickly and safely. Here’s how our shipping process works.

1. Processing Time

  • Since all our products are custom-made, we start production after you approve your artwork.
  • Typical processing time is 3-5 business days from approval, depending on your order size and complexity. We’ll give you an estimated timeline when you place your order.
  • Rush orders may be available—contact us to check options and fees.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We ship via TNT, Aramex, Startrack and Couriers Please.
  • Shipping costs are Flat Rate.
  • Free local shipping may apply to certain orders.

3. Delivery Time

  • Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or international destinations might take longer—we’ll provide an estimate at checkout.
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship Australia-wide. Enter your address at checkout to confirm we can deliver to you.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on it.
  • If you don’t get a tracking update or have issues, reach out to us at [insert contact email].

6. Inspecting Your Delivery

  • Check your items as soon as they arrive. If anything’s damaged or incorrect, email us with photos within 14 days for warranty support (see our Terms of Service for details).
  • Keep all packaging until you’ve confirmed everything’s in order—it might be needed for returns.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, let us know. We’ll work with the carrier to track it down.
  • For damaged items, send us photos within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you, including return shipping if needed (see Warranty in our Terms of Service).

8. Returns for Warranty Claims

  • Within 14 days of delivery: We’ll cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
  • After 14 days: You’ll need to ship the item back to us at your cost, and we’ll handle the repair or replacement (see Terms of Service for more).
  • Use a trackable shipping method for returns—we’re not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
