We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect Orders: If we’ve sent you the wrong item or an item with incorrect specifications (e.g., wrong colour, size, or design), you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customised Products: Due to their personalised nature, custom-made or printed items are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced according to your approved design.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email or call within the applicable return period.
  2. Provide your invoice number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable, e.g., for damaged or incorrect items).

3. Return Shipping

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs. Please use the shipping label provided or keep your receipt for reimbursement.

4. Refunds and Restocking Fees

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5 business days), we’ll offer a full refund or replacement, including original shipping costs, at your discretion.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. For minor faults, we’ll repair or replace the item at our discretion. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
